Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.
We may offer free trials for paid subscription plans. At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers who are not satisfied with the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, features, and documentation, is owned by ClipGenius and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Service, including but not limited to YouTube views, subscribers, or monetization.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLIPGENIUS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ClipGenius and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
